Human Messenger collects the minimum amount of information required to deliver your message and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell data, run advertising, or share your information with third parties except as necessary to process payment and operate the service.

• Your message — the text you write for delivery
• Timing preferences — when and how you’d like us to call
• Your name — optional, used for delivery identification if you choose named (non-anonymous) delivery
• Your email address — used to send your order confirmation and outcome update
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your location, device information, or browsing history through our service pages.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Fulfill your order — review your message and make the call
• Communicate with you — confirmation and outcome emails
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Respond to any support inquiries you send us

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond your order and our communication with you about it.

3. Recipient Privacy

The recipient’s phone number you provide is used only to place the call for your order. It is not stored in any marketing database, used for any purpose beyond your order, or shared with any third party. Our messenger will not reveal the recipient’s number or contact information to any other party.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We share information only as follows:

• Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy and security standards. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any person, we may disclose information to appropriate authorities.

5. Data Retention

We retain order information — including the message, recipient name, phone number, and your email — for a reasonable period to handle any support questions, refund requests, or disputes related to your order. We do not retain this data indefinitely. If you would like your order information deleted, contact us at the address below.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use tracking or advertising technologies on our pages. Our site may use essential functionality provided by our hosting platform, but we do not track your browsing behavior or build user profiles.

7. Security

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance and industry-standard encryption. Communication between your browser and our site uses HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions with any information we hold.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for any processing where consent is the legal basis
