Human Messenger is a delivery attempt service — not a guaranteed conversation service. When you place an order, you are paying for a real human to make genuine, persistent attempts to reach your recipient and deliver your message.
We do not control whether the recipient answers the phone, listens to a voicemail, or responds. What we guarantee is that we will try — sincerely, persistently, and professionally.

If you need to cancel, email us at hello@humanmessenger.com before the first call attempt is made. Once delivery attempts have begun, the order is considered fulfilled.
Every message is reviewed by a real person before the first call is made. We stay as close to your intended message as possible — if minor adjustments are needed to make it appropriate for a live call, we handle that on our end to ensure your message is delivered naturally and respectfully.
We reserve the right not to deliver messages that contain threats, harassment, deception, or anything that could put the recipient at risk.
Companion Plans — recurring or one-time check-in calls for elderly or isolated loved ones — are priced separately and tailored to your needs. To set one up, email us at hello@humanmessenger.com.
If you need to change your delivery date or timing preference after placing your order — and before the first attempt has been made — contact us by email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Changes after attempts have begun may not be possible.
Our messenger always identifies themselves as a third-party communicator calling on behalf of someone else. We never impersonate the sender, claim to be you, or mislead the recipient about the nature of the call. If the recipient asks for more context, our messenger remains neutral and does not speculate about the sender’s motivations or circumstances.
