Human Messenger is a message delivery service. When you place an order, a real human messenger — not a bot, not AI, not a call center — will call your specified recipient on your behalf and deliver the message you have written.
By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We deliver your message as written, with reasonable interpretation for spoken delivery. Our messenger will:
We do not guarantee a conversation will occur. We guarantee that genuine attempts will be made and that we will report the outcome to you.
Every message is reviewed by a real person before the first call is made. We stay as close to your intended message as possible — if minor adjustments are needed to make it appropriate for a live call, we handle that to ensure your message is delivered naturally and respectfully. We reserve the right to decline any order that contains threats, harassment, deception, or content that could put the recipient at risk.
Orders marked “as soon as possible” begin within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders scheduled for a future date begin on or after the date you specify. Preferred time windows (morning, afternoon, evening) are honored when possible but are not guaranteed — call availability may vary by recipient and circumstances.
The standard delivery fee is $45 USD per message, paid in full at time of order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Human Messenger does not store your payment information.
Companion Plans are offered at the following rates: Weekly Check-In $149/mo, Twice Weekly $249/mo, and Weekday $549/mo. Custom plans are available upon request. All companion plans are governed by a separate agreement.
To request a cancellation, email us at before your first attempt begins. We will confirm cancellation and process the refund within 5–7 business days.
If you request anonymous delivery, our messenger will not reveal your name or identity to the recipient. However, we cannot prevent a recipient from guessing, inferring, or independently determining who sent the message based on its contents.
You represent that the phone number you provide is reachable and that contacting the recipient by phone is appropriate and lawful in your circumstances. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this service does not violate any applicable law, court order, restraining order, or workplace policy.
Human Messenger is not responsible for the recipient’s reaction to the message, any consequences arising from the delivery, or any relational or emotional outcomes.
Human Messenger LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages of any kind.
We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our control, including but not limited to: recipient unavailability, disconnected numbers, call screening, voicemail systems, or recipient reactions.
Your personal information is used only to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
